At Nymph & Roses, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy.

Return Window

Candles

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Jewelry

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions of Items

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Candles: Ensure they are not burned and are in their original packaging. 

  • Jewelry: Items must not show any signs of wear and tear and should include all original tags and packaging.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds or replacements for defective items upon arrival.

  • Full refunds for unused products returned within the specified return period.

  • Partial refunds or store credits for customer dissatisfaction (non-defective products), subject to return and inspection approval.

Non-Returnable Items

​It's important to distinguish items that are damaged due to a vendor error from items that are damaged due to a shipping carrier error. More often than not, shipping carriers do not follow fragile stickers, proper shipping guidelines, and other best practices to ensure your item is delivered unscathed.

Therefore, we recommend that damaged items you may receive due to shipping be rectified with the shipping carrier by filing a claim and pursuing a refund. If you need support from us due to any issues with shipping, please contact us using the "Contact" section below.

  • Used or partially used candles.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items (e.g., engraved jewelry or customized candles).

  • Items in direct contact with the skin or body (e.g., earrings, piercing jewelry).

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items marked as "Final Sale."

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges due to defects or damage upon arrival, contact us and we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at connect@nymphandroses.com with your order number, the last 4 digits of the card used (or digital wallet payment method used), and the reason for the return.

2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Inspection and Refund: We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting your returned item. If the item's condition passes our inspection per the requirements outlined in the "Conditions of Items" and "Non-Returnable Items" sections of this policy, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 days. If the item's condition does not pass our inspection, we will contact you through email with our findings, along with images of the item's condition, to demonstrate how the condition did not meet our eligibility requirements. We will mail the item back to you through standard shipping within 48 hours of contacting you with the outcome.
